  • FT450 and KPro do not drive the throttle motor; FuelTech’s native throttle control in this set is FT550 or FT600.
  • Confirm the crank and cam wheels, the loom pairing and the speed interface before you buy.
  • For a K-swapped chassis, choose K-swapped chassis on the order form and enter the chassis year.
  • The chassis year does not have to be 2002–2015; the port-injected K20/K24 engine and ECU still decide coverage.

Software and file types

  • Hondata KPro / K-Manager. Send the .kal calibration and one .kdl log. KManager is the software; KPro is the ECU board.
  • Hondata FlashPro. Some port-injected K-series cars use FlashPro. Send the .fpcal and one .fpdl log or a CSV export.
  • FuelTech FT450, FT550 and FT600. Send the .ftm map and the native .ftml log, plus a CSV export with the channel names and units kept.

Coverage rules

  • In scope: K-series: port-injected K20/K24 only.
  • Factory cars 2002–2015, including Civic Si 2006–2011 and 2012–2015, the 2002–2005 Civic Si / SiR (EP3), RSX 2002–2006 (incl. Type-S), TSX 2004–2014, Accord 2003–2007 K24, Element, CR-V K24 and ILX 2013–2015 2.4.
  • Choose “K-swapped chassis” to order a K-swapped EG, EK, DC or other chassis on its chassis year; the port-injected K20/K24 engine and ECU still decide coverage.
  • K20C, L15, K24W direct injection, B/D/H/F/J and s300 are outside this section.

Software and file types

  • Hondata FlashPro only. Send the .fpcal calibration and one .fpdl log or a CSV export.
  • KPro and K-Manager belong to the port-injected K-series section; their files do not apply to the direct-injection L15 or K20C.
  • The factory-turbo file is organised around the Bosch torque and charge model. A K20/K24 fuel, cam or injector recipe does not transfer to it.

Which Honda & Acura cars are in the K-series section?

This section covers the 2006–2011 Civic Si and the 2002–2005 Civic Si / SiR. It also covers the 2002–2006 Acura RSX including Type-S and the 2004–2014 Acura TSX. The 2003–2007 Accord 2.4, 2003–2011 Element and 2002–2011 CR-V use the same K24 section. So do the 2012–2015 Civic Si, the 2013–2015 Acura ILX 2.4 and a K-swapped chassis. The ECU and file decide the section, not the badge alone.

Which cars are in the turbo section?

Turbo: 2016–2021 Civic 1.5T sedan and 2016–2020 coupe use L15B7. Sedan turbo trims are EX-T 2016–2018, EX 2019–2021, EX-L and Touring. Will you tune an Acura Integra, a 1.5T Accord, an RDX or a TLX?

Not in the published scope today. The turbo forms accept a Civic only. The Integra 1.5T and Type S, Accord 1.5T and 2.0T, RDX and TLX are listed as coming / ask us. Email support@tunebible.com before ordering; we will confirm whether the file and application are supported.

Can I buy a used FlashPro, or is it married to the other car?

Check the exact vehicle application and market before buying. Connect it to FlashProManager, open the FlashPro window and FlashPro tab, then expand License and Security. License VIN must show unlocked, and Security Password must be unset. A cleared password does not release a vehicle lock. Have the seller resolve either restriction before purchase.

Why does the upload fail while the sensor readings make no sense?

In one reported KPro4 case, failed uploads came with implausible MAP and intake-temperature readings. Replacing the USB cable restored uploads and sensible readings. Check the connection before changing sensor scaling. If only one sensor remains wrong after communication is stable, diagnose its wiring and calibration.

A different case is an original-generation FlashPro that cannot recognize a supported 2007–2008 TSX ECU. FlashProManager 4.7.5 fixed that recognition fault. Confirm the ECU ID and software version before treating it as an unsupported ECU.

Why does a FuelTech K show RPM but still fail to start?

RPM alone does not verify engine phase or ignition timing. Check the trigger scope, sensor assignment and timing-light reference before adding fuel. One K20Z1 had black plugs and sync errors; raising fuel pressure did not keep it running. Capture the calibration, log and trigger scope together.
